Enforcement actions are subject to platform policies, jurisdictional limitations, and applicable laws. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines for enforcement actions, though we strive for maximum efficiency.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Sigma DMCA S.A. and our services remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma DMCA S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
